Kindly provide a minimum of 48-hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that neglecting to provide proper notice prevents us from filling your appointment time with a client on our waiting list. In the event that we do not receive the required 48-hour notice for adjustments and cancellations, 50% of the cost of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.
In the event that you do not confirm your appointment via Vagaro's email or text notification within 24 hours of your appointment start time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and fill the time with a guest on our waitlist.
